We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations.
Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled and we may not be able to extend your appointment due to other scheduled clients.
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Payment is due at time of treatment. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Please note: My fees are based on the excellent quality of service provided; efficacy of the treatment; professionalism; over 41 years of experience; and the ongoing development of my knowledge base to provide the level of care you deserve!
